Travel With Tory
I can't stand taking off my shoes at the airport. I've actually always thought the airport should have little socks like they do at the hospital so you don't get your feet dirty. Of course Tory Burch came up with Travel Socks so you can look stylish as you go through security...I spotted these over on Cardigans and Couture and you can purchase the socks and travel case for $48 dollars. Happy Weekend!

Valentines Day: Gold Class
Gold Class Cinemas in Redmond Town Center is one of my favorite new places, and I just can't seem to get enough of it. It's like watching a movie in a 5 star hotel, it's so fancy but yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. They bring you blankets, a pillow, popcorn and unlimited drinks...you have your own server and enough room that if you had to check your phone you wouldn't be disturbing anyone. There are locations all over the country so check and see if there is one near you....what a perfect Valentines date. I might have to grab a girlfriend and go...

10 Tips for The Wife: What Husbands Want From Their Wives
I love The Wife blog and agree with her traditional mindset for a wife and mother. She believes that a wife's job is to maintain a happy and healthy family, home and most importantly husband. I loved her post the other day and just had to share...I agree!!
What Men Want From Marriage
By Sheri & Bob Stritof, About.com Guide
1. Believe in His Capabilities
Many men believe it is important for
them to protect and provide for those they love. Let him know that you
believe in his talents and skills and are supportive of him.
2. Understanding
One of the ways you can both tell and
show your husband that you want to understand him is by making a
commitment to daily dialogue with him. Daily dialogue only takes 20
minutes out of your day. Isn’t your husband worth 20 minutes each day?
3. Affirmation of His Accomplishments
Most guys like to be patted on the back.
Compliment your husband often. Just don’t over do it with sicky sweet
oozes of how great he is. That type of affirmation will backfire.
4. Acceptance
Many husbands are hurt and angered when
their wives try to change them. Realize that the only person that you
can change is yourself.
5. Less Chatter
If your husband is tired, or involved
with a project, and you really want to talk to him about something, get
to the point. If he wants the details of the topic, he will ask for
them.
6. Affection
Hold your husband’s hand in public,
leave a message of love on his voice mail, massage his shoulders, give
him an unexpected kiss. Men like to be romanced too!
7. Respect
Show respect for your husband by not
making negative comments about his thoughts and opinions, by being
considerate of his plans, and by avoiding the “eye roll” when listening
to him.
8. Free Time
Most everyone has a desire for some
quiet time alone, and time to re-energize, regroup, and reconnect. When
your husband first gets home from work, allow him some free time to
unwind. Don’t over-schedule his days off with projects around the house.
9. Trust
Trust is vital in the success of a
marriage. If you are having doubts about your husband and find it
difficult to trust him, seek counseling and not spying.
10. To Be a Companion
Hopefully, you can say that your husband
is not only your lover, but also your friend. Staying friends and
companions through the years requires that you find ways to make time
together and to do things together.
Alphabet Purse: Topshop
I think these are so adorable, I'm always looking for little purses to use for inside my handbag. These would also make for a fun gift for only $12 dollars...you can pick from any letter in the alphabet. Happy Monday!

Oscar de la Renta: Little Girls
I'm a huge fan of fancy, traditional dresses for little girls. I picture dressing a girl in pleaded dresses with ruffled white dress socks, bows in their hair with black patent shoes. These Oscar de le Renta dresses that I spotted over on The Wife remind me of when I was little...Happy Seahawk Friday!

Emerson Made: LOVE!
I've always had my eye on the online boutique EmersonMade...it reminds me of J.Crew with it's own fabulous flair and class and for that I'm in LOVE with their items. They have a new line of clothing coming out and I couldn't resist but I emailed them first thing this morning telling them I might just have to buy up every item, or at least that I'm tempted and will treat myself to one or two and to keep me posted when they come out. So I will keep you all posted when their spring line comes out. These made my morning...
Google Pillow
Okay, so these pillows aren't exactly "my style" but I'm a big fan of nostalgic items, memorabilia, and conversational pieces in the home. These pillows would be cute in a media room, kids room or bonus room. They would also make for a great gift or even just some fun ideas on how to highlight the last decade in top "Google searches". You can purchase the pillows here on Etsy for $65 dollars. I think all my friends could pick out my favorite pillow...maybe 2008 and FOX NEWS! Happy 2011!
