Roses Are Red

I adore this fun flowly blouse and I just can't seem to get it out of my head.  I'm obsessed with flowy blouses this season!  I love the look of the delicate fabric with a billowy fit.  How cute with some skinny jeans or shorts.  I'm really into hunting down items that look more expensive and I think this one fits the part.  It's only $90 on TopShop.  Happy Bargain Shopping!!
