Olivia Palermo's Style

It's been awhile since I've posted on one of my favorite style icons, Olivia but I spotted her in this white button down blouse, black mini shorts, Hermes bag and of course her over sized necklace.  I love this look, I would personally have my shirt ironed and a different necklace but I just adore this idea...timeless!!
