Rachel Zoe Makeover

Wow, I didn't think Rachel Zoe knew how to pull back her hair but I just came across this picture and I think she looks fabulous!  I'm going to try and pull my hair back like this next time I do something fun. I'm loving the teased pulled back look...so hot!!
