Happy 100th Birthday, Gipper!

Of course I have to post on my favorite President Ronald Reagan and honor him for his 100th birthday yesterday.  Last year I had the privilege of attending the Clare Boothe Luce Women's conference at the Regan Center and we had the chance to tour Ronald Reagan's Ranch.  It was the most amazing experience to tour his home and it truly gave me a deeper love and understanding for our 40th President...from the two twin beds that Nancy and him pushed together to sleep on, to the note he left for her on how to turn on the tv...it was so charming, so simple and so very humble. Ronald Reagan said of his beloved Santa Barbara, California ranch, “No place before or since has ever given Nancy and me the joy and serenity it does.”  President Reagan’s Rancho del Cielo, his home for nearly twenty-five years and the Western White House for eight. I wanted to share a few pictures of my trip...Happy Monday!!

Honey Do Loves Bows

I adore bows and that is why I just had to post these two toned Maryjane Bow flats from Marias USA that I spotted over on one of my favorite blogs, Cardigans and Couture.  They have a blue pair that reminds me of the pair little orphan Annie wore.  Ahhh, I need a pair for only $96 dollars.  Happy Thursday!!

Loving This

I'm so in love with the girl on the far rights bridesmaid dress that I spotted over on Style Me Pretty and I've been thinking about it all day...well, not all day but enough that I had to blog on it.  It almost takes attention away from the bride, someone forgot to tell the bridesmaids to be careful to not upstage the bride.  I love how the tables match her dress as well.  The tuling is just so fun, flirty and classy!! And she tops it off at the end of the night wearing a classic boyfriend blazer....{so brilliant}.

Kim's Lips

So I finally treated myself and went and got a makeover at MAC, my favorite line.   I mentioned to the girl doing my make up that I wanted to wear my make up a little more dramatic like Kim Kardashian...$150 dollars later I walked out of Nordstrom with my favorite new addition to my make up collection, Angel lipstick.  Kim's lipstick apparently that she wears is MAC Angel paired with the Honey B liner.  So fun!!  I'm not obsessed with Kim at all just love how dramatic and dolled up her and her sisters always get.  

Super Bowl XLV: Super Bowl Printables

As you all know I'm obsessed with Katie from Green Apple Paperie and she out did herself again with these adorable Super Bowl Printables.  What cute ideas...you can print the water bottle labels and tented food cards and if you need anything else make sure and let Katie know.  The flags on the rice krispie treats are perfect!  I can't wait to make some fun treats for Sunday. 

Ice Cream Bar

I think this is such an adorable idea for a party, shower, wedding or movie night.  Grab some of your favorite candy and ice cream toppings at the store and have an ice cream social...so fun!  I spotted this wedding over on Style Me Pretty...Happy Monday!

Travel With Tory

I can't stand taking off my shoes at the airport.  I've actually always thought the airport should have little socks like they do at the hospital so you don't get your feet dirty.  Of course Tory Burch came up with Travel Socks so you can look stylish as you go through security...I spotted these over on Cardigans and Couture and you can purchase the socks and travel case for $48 dollars.   Happy Weekend!
