I'm loving this Maxi Dress from J.Crew for $98.00 dollars...this picture doesn't do it justice, it would be perfect for a throw on this summer from beach to dinner.  I hope you guys all had a great Memorial Day!

Kentucky Derby: Favorite

I must go to the Kentucky Derby one day just so I have an excuse to wear a hat.  I'm still tempted to try and bring hats back but I don't think Seattle is fit for something so traditional and classy.  I need to move to the East coast.  This was my favorite outfit from the Derby, Marissa Miller looks so classy!!

Kate Spade: iPhone 4

Kate Spade just came out with some more adorable iPhone 4 cases.  I'm still waiting for someone to make a navy and white stripped case.  This Giraffe case that I spotted over on Paper Moss is so cute, now if only it came in an Elephant pattern, I would be one happy girl!!

J.Crew Picks

I'm loving this hobo bag that I found over at J.Crew and not only is it adorable -  it's a great price...$175 for a handbag is a music to my ears.  Happy Friday!!

It's been awhile since I've posted on one of my favorite style icons, Olivia but I spotted her in this white button down blouse, black mini shorts, Hermes bag and of course her over sized necklace.  I love this look, I would personally have my shirt ironed and a different necklace but I just adore this idea...timeless!! Fornash

So my one and only splurge in New York was when I purchased 20 items of Fornash jewelry but I was able to purchase it at wholesale so doesn't that make it much better and not so bad.  I'm in love with this jewelry company based out of DC.  Check out their fabulous pieces and YES I did buy two Elephant necklaces and earrings to represent my party.  I could post pictures all day of her adorable pieces...check out her website and the great prices.  Happy Tuesday!

I Love Nordstrom

After a week in New York it's so great to be home and back to my routine and all my favorite things in Seattle...who needs Barney's New York when we have Nordies.  I just spotted this adorable cardigan for only $27 dollars over on Cardigans & Couture from Nordstrom.  What a great find!  Happy Monday!!

Henri Lou

This will be my one and only post this week, I'm in New York City for the first time and loving it.  I just purchased a bracelet and necklace from Henri Lou today and I just had to share.  I LOVE these, Julia Roberts wore a Henri Lou bracelet in Eat, Pray, Love and that's how this fabulous jewelry company took off.  Have a wonderful week and I'll be back on Monday.

The Royal Wedding

Yes I was one of the crazy ones and I stayed up to watch Kate Middleton step out to Westminster Abby in her simple yet elegant Alexander McQueen dress...these are two of my favorite photos from the grand affair.  Their Royal Highness's Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge beginning their journey by carriage procession to Buckingham Palace following their marriage and then their first kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.  I'm off take a nap...have a wonderful weekend!

The Guest List

So in honor of such a big day (night)...I thought I would post one of my favorite pictures of Ronald and Nancy with the Windsors and mention the fact that "yes" Ronald and Nancy were invited to the wedding of Prince Charles to Diana and also to the wedding of Price Andrew and Sarah.  Princess Diana was one of my favorites and my fashion icon, she was so classy, refined, and she carried herself so gracefully.  You can just tell Diana had such a genuine care and love for people. I can't wait for the wedding tonight and to see what Kate will be wearing...let the Royal festivities begin!

I loved this idea that I spotted over on Martha Stewart...all she did was use office supply stickers to dot the balloons and then she tied them to a string...how cute, I love this idea not just for Easter...so cute for parties and showers!!  Have a wonderful Easter!!

Loving High Wasted

I purchased a pair of High Wasted Sailor Style Cookie Johnson jeans a few months ago and I adore them, I throw them on with anything from a t-shirt to a fancy blouse and I feel great!  These Adam Lippes from Bergdorf Goodman are perfect with summer right around the corner...I must have a pair!!

We Love Target!

I could spend hours shopping at Target...I feel right at home when I'm there. I was shopping last night buying some bins and found these adorable sandals for only $12 dollars. So I had to buy a few pairs. They come in any color you can imagine and they look way more expensive then they really are - - which is the trick to budget shopping.  Buy a pair at Target today...Happy Monday!!
